Kennedy's on the move!

Help!! As I had mentioned earlier, Kennedy is officially on the move. If she ever comes up missing we usually find her...under the exersaucer! She started with the millitary crawl at 7 months and within weeks quickly mastered the hands and knees crawl. She's quick too! She has also figured out how to pull herself up and is usually standing in her crib waiting for me in the morning. Back to baby proofing everything and keeping the floors extra clean, as she seems to find every little strand of dog hair or piece of fuzz. The stairs also seem to be a big draw (time for more baby gates!), she'll start climbing up them and look back at me to see if I'm watching, a mother's worst nightmare! Looks like she'll be keeping me on my toes!

Sisterly Love (most of the time!)

Now that Kennedy is officially on the "move", Addison is learning the lessons of sharing! It's been amazing watching them interact with each other. Addison loves helping me with Kennedy and Kennedy just watches everything Addison does. So far they play very well together but I'll give it a little more time until the sharing isn't so fun anymore!:) And finally, here's just a brief moment of some laughter in our home! Vacation at the lake

We had a great time with Jason's whole family at our cottage on Upper Silver Lake last week. We spent our week fishing (Addison caught over a dozen and kissed each one goodbye as she threw it back in the lake),picking wild raspberries, playing in the water, going for rides on the seadoo looking for turtles, visiting Lake Michigan and just enjoying eachothers company. It looks like it may already be on the calendar for next summer!
